​At Pam Cleaning Service, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning with professionalism and care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please review our refund guidelines below:

Cancellations: Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

No-Shows: If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, no refund will be issued.

Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost. Refunds may be considered only if the issue remains unresolved.

Custom Services: Refunds for customized or specialty services (e.g. deep cleaning, Airbnb turnovers) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
